Adolescent through Young Adulthood Therapy

From childhood through young adulthood, life is filled with big transitions, intense emotions, and growing pressures—from school and social life to identity and independence. I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to explore what they're feeling and why.
Whether they're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, or life changes, I meet clients where they are with empathy and respect. My goal in working with clients is to build emotional resilience, confidence, and healthier ways to cope and connect.
