Couples Therapy
Relationships are central to our emotional well-being, but even the strongest partnerships can face challenges. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, struggling with communication, healing after betrayal, or feeling emotionally distant, couples therapy offers a space to reconnect, repair, and grow together. I work with all types of partnerships (e.g. hetero, same sex) and offer a safe space for all humans to get the support they need.
I help couples build deeper understanding, strengthen emotional bonds, and develop healthier ways to communicate and resolve conflict. My approach is grounded in compassion, clarity, and collaboration—offering a safe, nonjudgmental environment where both partners can feel heard and supported.
Drawing from over 20 years of clinical experience and a mind-body perspective, I work with couples across all stages of a relationship—from dating and premarital counseling to long-term partnerships and co-parenting. Sessions may include structured exercises, mindfulness practices, and proven therapeutic strategies to help you foster intimacy, manage stress, and rebuild trust. I'm trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Psychodynamic Models all tools that help couples build better connection, communication and intimacy.
